This free, Sedona (AZ)-oriented e-newsletter is a public service of The Hummingbird Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated solely to hummingbirds, in support of its mission of education and conservation.
In fulfillment of its mission, the Society is committed to active involvement with its community, meaning both our local Sedona region and our state, Arizona.
Topics on this e-newsletter will pertain to our area, although the information may be of value to other similar areas as well, particularly in the American Southwest. (Click here to learn what Sedona is like.)
This newsletter will be used to provide advance notice of meetings of the Sedona Hummingbird Interest Group, among other functions.
You do not have to be a member of the Society to receive this e-newsletter--or even live in the greater Sedona area, for that matter--but we invite you to become a member! This link will take you to our on-line application form.
In addition to this newsletter, the Hummingbird Society has a printed journal, The Hummingbird Connection, that is available only to members. It is not the same as this publication, being more like a small magazine. It is not available as a PDF or electronic file.
Sedona Hummingbirds! is not published on a regular schedule, but our intent is at least once a month.
