Office hours:  10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, Mountain Standard Time (same as P.D.T.)

Please note that tickets to the Festival can be purchased only online—not by telephone or by mail.

*PLEASE NOTE*  Before you send us a message, please consider these three questions which we receive frequently:

1. If you think you saw a very tiny hummer that may have had antennae, or if you live outside the New World and are surprised because you think you saw a hummingbird, click here.

2. Wondering when you should take down your feeder to be sure your hummers migrate? Don't worry about this myth! Your feeders could not keep them from migrating even if you tried!

3. Need help identifying a species? We usually cannot help, which may be surprising. We have found that verbal descriptions are useless, as well as most photos.

Now, a word about e-mail attachments: NO attachments over 250 KB (total), please. Because we have limited capacity for our overworked mailbox, large file attachments–especially images–can fill it up. That means other folks' mail will bounce. For this reason, we will delete any message with large attachments without reading it first. We apologize for needing this rule, but past problems have made it necessary.
